Overview
SimAgentation lets you annotate a running iOS simulator in your browser and send those notes to your coding agent. You click an element or draw a box over an area, write a note, and the agent receives it with element details and a screenshot. The page is laid out like Xcode's Device Hub.
Features
- Design Mode freezes the screen and loads the accessibility tree so you can pick elements
- MCP server with seven tools for pending annotations, watching for new ones and marking them resolved
- In Claude Code, annotations can arrive in a running session as you send them
- Copy all pending annotations as Markdown to paste anywhere
- Supports the iPhone Duo foldable in Xcode 27.1
Requirements
- macOS on Apple silicon
- Xcode 26 (27.1 for iPhone Duo)
