Overview

iOS Simulator MCP Server lets AI assistants interact with the iOS Simulator through tool calls. It can read accessibility elements, tap, type, swipe, take screenshots and record video, which makes it useful as a quick QA step after implementing a feature. It runs on macOS and uses Facebook's IDB tool.

Features

  • Describes accessibility elements on screen or at a point
  • Taps, types text and swipes at coordinates
  • Takes screenshots and records video
  • Lists, launches and terminates apps by bundle ID
  • Opens URLs and deep links to jump straight to a screen
  • Tools can be filtered with an environment variable
