Overview
Claude Project Coordinator is a local MCP server that keeps track of your Xcode and Swift projects. It records status, notes and detected technologies for each project, so Claude or another agent knows which project it is in and how it's going. Everything is stored as JSON on your Mac, with no account or telemetry.
Features
- Tracks many projects with name, path, description and status
- Auto-detects the technologies used when you add a project
- Searches code patterns across tracked projects and a knowledge base
- Shows project timelines and activity heat maps
- Path allowlisting and local JSON storage
Requirements
- macOS 13 or later
- Swift 6.0 or later (Xcode 16 or later)
- An MCP host such as Claude Desktop, Cursor or Claude Code
