Overview
asc-mcp is a Swift-based MCP server that runs locally on your Mac and connects your MCP client to the App Store Connect API. It exposes 514 tools across 34 App Store areas, so you can manage apps, builds, TestFlight and reviews in plain language. It's for iOS and macOS developers who want to automate release work.
Features
- 514 tools for release metadata, versions, localisations, builds, review submissions, TestFlight and more
- Stores credentials once in a private local file so MCP clients only need the executable path
- Supports several App Store Connect accounts in one config
- Worker filtering to limit which tools are exposed
- Config examples for Codex, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Gemini CLI, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, Continue, Cursor and Devin Desktop
Requirements
- macOS 15.6 or later with Xcode 26.x recommended (macOS 14.0 to 15.5 unverified)
- Not supported on Linux yet
- An App Store Connect API key
- Mint for the recommended install, or Swift 6.2 or later to build from source
