Xcode Build Optimization

Overview

A set of six agent skills for benchmarking and speeding up Xcode builds. An orchestrator skill benchmarks clean and incremental builds, audits settings, finds compile hotspots and writes an optimisation plan. It recommends changes first and makes no project changes until you approve them.

Install

1. Install all six skills (the orchestrator needs the others)

   npx skills add https://github.com/avdlee/xcode-build-optimization-agent-skill

2. Or as a Claude Code plugin
