Overview
UIKit Agent Skill, also called UIKit Max, helps AI coding assistants review and write UIKit code. It runs a 12-step review and loads only the reference files a task needs. Rules are tagged with their minimum iOS version, so advice respects your deployment target and offers fallbacks.
Features
- 12-step review of UIKit code
- Flags deprecated APIs and covers iOS 26 Liquid Glass APIs with fallbacks for iOS 13 to 25
- View lifecycle guidance, including updateProperties() in iOS 26
- Partial reviews on request, such as accessibility or concurrency
- Plain Markdown with no build step
Requirements
- Node.js for the npx install
